To produce high-converting direct-response 4K UGC video ads and manage campaign workflows, we collect the following categories of data:
- Account & Contact Information: Your full name, business email address, phone number, WhatsApp contact, business/brand name, and website URL.

- 4K UGC retains the limited right to showcase the finalized video in our portfolio and case study library, unless you explicitly request a Confidentiality Waiver in writing prior to filming.
Payment & Transaction Security
All payments via bKash Merchant, Nagad, and BRAC Bank PLC transfers are verified manually and automatically through our secure administration ledger. We utilize industry-standard cryptographic protocols (TLS/SSL encryption) to protect all API communications.
